Mailings are handed off to the United States Postal Service (USPS) in the first week and last week of a given month. 

Mailings will be delivered within 2 weeks for orders within the United States and 6 weeks for international orders.

We are not able to track shipments after they are handed off the USPS as they are sent using good old fashion stamps

Shopify verifies that address given to us by you.  This is the address we use. You can verify your address by logging into your account. 

If you have not received your order within two weeks (domestic) and 6 weeks (international), it's most likely an issue with the postal service. However, feel free to contact us to verify shipment.
